Gasket Maker Red red silicone sealant with increased temperature stability (up to 300 C) that cures at room temperature. Exceptionally resistant to extreme temperatures. Creates a reliable seal that does not crack, shrink, or shift under sudden temperature fluctuations. Replaces sealing rings, washers, as well as asbestos, rubber, felt, paper, cork, and metal gaskets. Can be effectively used for repairs of valve guide bushings, oil pans, thermostat housings, etc. Resistant to lubricants, coolants, patrol, kerosene, water, acids and alkalis. Easy to apply and remains flexible. The surface to be treated has to be degreased beforehand. Operating temperature range: from -50 C up to +300 C. Store the sealant in a cool and dry place in the tightly sealed original packaging. Keeps its strength for at least two years from the production date. Pack: 310 g.
